We are seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive support and maintenance for our Sage software suite. The selected vendor will ensure the smooth operation, reliability, and performance of our Sage applications by offering 24/7 technical support, regular maintenance and updates, troubleshooting and issue resolution, user training, and expert consultation. Additionally, outside the software and support, there is a day rate section included to allow NTS to scale up projects if required.
