The Road User Compliance Team is one of several teams making up the National Delivery Group within the National Highways Road Safety Division, in the Safety, Engineering and Standards (SES) Directorate. The Group's purpose is to support improvements in road user safety and the management of road safety initiatives across National Highways. This commission continues the work led by the Compliance Team during in FY 24/25 which included: - Development and launch of a survey instrument to better understand the reasons for breakdowns (ECHO).
