RUG - Advice Service Contract

The aim is to enable the residents of Rugby to obtain high quality advice and guidance on Housing, Legal, Financial and Domestic issues to: - help prevent residents from falling into crisis - through helping them to access the right information and resources needed, at the right time - help residents to become more resilient - through giving them advice which will better equip them to better overcome problematic / potentially problematic situations - help residents to become more informed - through the provision of advice which will help them make better informed choices and judgements when facing problematic / potentially problematic situations
