Rugby Borough Council is seeking a contractor(s) to carry out its roofing requirements for the Property Repairs Service. The contract is for a period of 3 years from 1st August 2017 to 31st July 2020 with a possibility for a further 1-year extension (to 31st July 2021) based on performance during the initial term. This opportunity is split into two Lots: Lot 1 - Pitched Roofing Lot 2 - Flat Roofing Tenderers are able to submit a tender for either, one or both of the Lots.
