East Suffolk Council will need to deliver a number of key services across the District under the Rough Sleeping Initiative from 2022-25. This includes existing initiatives that will focus on ending rough sleeping and homelessness prevention. These key services are not currently being delivered directly by ESC but ones we wish to continue with: 1. Safe to Stay Hub in Lowestoft 2. Rough Sleeping Initiative Beds x 10 3. Outreach Officer x 0.8 or 1 FTE if funding allows 4. Navigators x 3 5. Mental health Support Officer x 1
