The Authority is seeking to appoint a contractor to act as Principal Contractor in the development of new residential properties consisting of eight (8) no. units, with associated car parking and landscaping. The existing structure has already been demolished. The time on site is anticipated to be up to 52 weeks, to start as soon as possible and ideally by March 2025.
