Overview
The scope of the works is to supply necessary scaffolding to the building, strip up existing roof covering/decking and renew with IKO Specification roofing products. Scaffolding Supply, erect and maintain for the duration of the project scaffolding and access to all elevations to allow the works to be carried out fully in accordance with current Health & Safety regulations, to the main roof level. The access to working lift is to be installed within the main structure of the scaffolding, the top lift of scaffold is to be fully encased in protective debris netting.
