The planned works shall consist of external wall insulation renewal, lower flat roof renewal, Atrium skylight renewal and BMS alternations, renewal of window actuators and controllers with associated works. o commence the works on 10 July 2025 concluding 01 October 2025. The scaffolding is to be erected ahead of commencement and execution of the formal contract under the terms of letter of intent.
