The Royal Parks is seeking a supplier to provide the build works on a new and exciting project at Roehampton in Richmond Park. This project will be the Main Building works contract for Roehampton Restored. This shall be a BREEAM Excellent Café development located by Roehampton Gate in Richmond Park. Richmond Park is the largest of London’s Royal Parks, covering an area of 2,500 acres, and has enjoyed a long and rich history as a Royal Park since being enclosed as a deer park in 1637 by Charles I.
