Overview
The Association of North East Councils trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) is seeking to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot Framework Agreement for the provision of Rock Salt for use by contracting authorities throughout the United Kingdom. It is envisaged that the framework contract will run for a period of 48 months with an option to extend for an additional 24 months. NEPO intends to publish an Invitation to Tender via the Open eTendering system.
