Overview

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is operational within KCHFT, primarily HR services with an ambitious programme of work over the next 12 months which will lay the foundation for subsequent years. We have contracted with an RPA solution until May 2023 and will be looking to mid-2022 to procure a long-term RPA solution which will be mainstreamed into IT as an organisational digital enabler. RPA expansion is part of our digital strategy. It has been very successful in HR and significant ROI has already been realised.
