Leicester City Council is aiming to implement Robotic Process Automation "(RPA)" technology to improve the efficiency of back office processing across a number of thematic areas. The purpose of this tender exercise is to identify a supplier of such a product, to support a proof of concept "(POC)" approach to this technology to allow the Council to determine the benefit of the tool/software selected and decide whether it is rolled out to Council wide services beyond the initial POC tender.
