Overview
The BFI is planning to install 3 robotic cameras in its largest cinema, at BFI Southbank, NFT1. This tender is for the equipment and installation of the cameras and a remote edit system for the purpose of capturing high-quality footage of on-stage events for our archive, Blu-rays, broadcast, live streaming online and live streaming into other cinemas. Please note that, due to the pre-booked schedule of screenings and events, the only time that is available to us to close the cinema, during the day, for this installation work to take place (i.e. the fitting of the cameras to pre-wired positions within the cinema) is as follows: Thursday 17th September 2015 (between 9.00am – 1.30pm)…
