In 2024 the National Railway Museum will deliver a roadshow across Great Britain as part of our Vision 2025 strategy. We want to take a high profile steam locomotive from our National Collection into the middle of cities as part of a Vision 2025 roadshow. The locomotive will be accompanied by a visitor experience (in 2 x 40ft containers), a storage container (in 1 x 30ft container) and a pop up shop (in 1 x 30ft container) as well as family learning activities, and information about careers in rail and engineering.
