Road Haulage and Warehousing Services

Network Rail has a requirement for the operation of a 24/7 road haulage service to manage the collection, haulage and delivery (including loading and offloading) of materials by road. Network Rail also has the requirement for warehousing management. The purpose of this exercise is to engage the market, to gather information and understand aspects of potential best practice to inform Network Rail's Tender process including developing a specification and pricing model.
