Overview

Leeds Beckett University wishes to procure a Project Management and Common Data Environment (CDE) tool to help to better manage our capital plan of works. The CDE must meet BIM Level 2 guidance as per the PAS 1192-2:2013 and BS1192:2007. Tools and workflows associated with the CDE must allow us, our consultant teams and main contractor teams to manage projects and administer contracts effectively. One of the Estates Departments strategic goals is to digitise the entire estate over the next five years.
