The contract has already been awarded. This notice is for the publication of the Consultancy Value Statement which indicates the financial and non-financial value which is to be delivered from this contract. The Authority is undertaking this procurement to engage with a sole supplier to provide Outplacement Support for employees leaving their organisation. This includes support to staff under notice of redundancy or for other employees that may require support in securing a permanent role outside the Department or Civil Service. The procurement was undertaken through further competition within HMRC PS2013 Resourcing Services Framework Agreement Lot 6 – Career Transition Services.
