Overview

NPL is looking at acquiring a laser diffraction system for particle analysis. The system should be inclusive of sample handling units for both powder and wet dispersion. NPL is expanding its consultancy service to include the pharmaceutical sector, additive manufacturing and nano-materials based products such as graphene-based and nanoparticle-based. The laser diffraction system will be an important addition to the current particle analysis laboratory and will allow to expand our consultancy to particles in the sub-micrometer, micrometer and nanometer scale.
