West Midland Combined Authority (WMCA) are seeking requests for quotation responses for the following requirement: West Midlands Cycle Hire Feasibility Study. The aim of this commission is to produce a detailed cycle hire feasibility study which includes two parts 1) A demand assessment in the proposed areas 2) Operational/sponsorship appraisal model in order to understand the costs of operation of a cycle hire system.
