The Local Energy North West Hub is seeking the services of a consultancy with relevant expertise to support a programme of Housing Retrofit in the North West. The Local Energy North West Hub is hosted by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. Funding of circa £52M for GHG LAD2 will be disbursed to five LEP areas in the North West. The advisor will rely on a knowledge of energy performance metrics for domestic properties to review energy performance data, undertake modelling and profile the impact of the GHG LAD 2 programme.
