Oxford Direct Services (ODS) and Oxford Direct Services Trading Ltd (ODSTL), provide a wide range of services to Oxford City Council, the general public and private customers. ODS is seeking to put together a Framework of suppliers that can provide a range of Retrofit Services. This framework will be accessible to ODS, ODSTL and any wholly owned subsidiaries of ODS or ODSTL.
