Retrofit Consultancy

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (H&F) is procuring a contract to develop and deliver a housing retrofit strategy to help achieve its goal of net zero carbon emissions by 2030. The final strategy will provide a property and portfolio-level analysis of the required interventions, benefits and costs of achieving net zero, as well support define the council's approach to delivering a retrofit programme. Tenderers are invited from organisations who are able to demonstrate their experience to provide similar services involving organisational wide policy implementation of retrofit solutions to achieve zero carbon of Council/Housing Association housing.
