Overview
The primary element of the Contract will be to carry out responsive repair works across all trades (excluding electrical and gas) to specified bpha properties. The Supplier will be required to respond to repair requests within agreed timescales after receiving works orders electronically via a ‘Contractor Interface’. The supplier may also be required to carry out the following additional tasks, when requested: a. Rubbish chute unblocking (high-rise blocks). b. Pest control – of all types. c.
