Peabody Trust, following their merger with Family Mosaic in July 2017 are now looking for a comprehensive responsive repairs offering with prime contractors operating in various (geographically-determined) lots, to support the wide-ranging works that comprise responsive repairs amongst our 55,000 strong residences, in London and Essex . The ambition is to have this contract awarded by June 2019, with a go-live of October 2019. The responsive repairs service is to include general repairs and building works of the following trades and or services.
