Responsive Repairs and Voids Services

Hanover intends to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of repairs, maintenance, and void property services across its property portfolio in Scotland. The Framework will cover a wide geographic area, including urban, rural, and remote locations across Scotland. We recognise that some suppliers may not be able to offer the full suite of trades required. Therefore, the Framework will be designed to allow participation from full range multi-trade, partial range multi-trade and single-trade companies.
