Response Repairs & Voids (South A59)

Broadacres is seeking to award a Responsive Repairs Contract (“Contract”) to a single contractor covering a range of repairs for 404 properties, south of the A59 operational area. The Contract also includes works on voids/empty homes. The tender will be conducted as a competitive procedure with negotiation in compliance with regulation 29 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, following the issue of a prior information notice as a call to competition.
