Overview
Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is the use of an electronic system (Delta e-sourcing portal) to provide access to new and existing Potential Suppliers to a type of framework, whereby any new Potential Suppliers can join at any time during the DPS period. Applicants are required to state their preference for which trades they wish to bid for when submitting their response to the DPS. Applicants will only be invited to tender for those lots for which they have selected and for which they have been shortlisted.
