WILTSHIRE COUNCIL HAVE EMBARKED ON ITS LARGEST NEW HOUSING BUILD PROGRAMME. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO EXPAND THE HOUSING REVENUE STOCK, WITH A COMMITMENT TO DELIVER 1,000 HOMES OVER A 10 YEAR PERIOD TO HELP MEET THE HOUSING NEEDS OF WILTSHIRE. WILTSHIRE COUNCIL IS LOOKING TO PROCURE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES TO PROVIDE DETAILED CONCEPT DESIGN TO TAKE THE PROJECT TO RIBA STAGE 3 SIGNIFICANT CHALLENGES FACE THE PUBLIC SECTOR, AND THE COUNCIL IS LOOKING TO ADOPT INNOVATIVE DESIGN METHODS INCLUDING MODERN METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION (MMC) AND HAS ALSO COMMITTED TO ACHIEVING A ZERO-CARBON AGENDA.
