Resident Satisfaction Survey

The Contracting Authority seeks to appoint a supplier to deploy a residents satisfaction survey in 2023. The Supplier is required to use a mixed methods data collection approach in accordance with the Specification for Services. The Supplier is required to deploy a range of data collection methods, including face to face and digital options.
