The Royal Borough of Kingston wishes to commission suitably qualified provider(s) to deliver a range of Resident Engagement services as set out in the three ‘lots’ which are: Lot 1 – Building, Developing and Supporting Residents’ Capacity to Engage Identify ways of encouraging resident engagement, provide support to current formal and informal groups including tenants and resident associations (TRA’s), stakeholder forums, scrutiny panels and community groups in order to increase their engagement with the council as well as developing new residents groups.
