Overview

Arts Council England is seeking to commission research into the current and potential contribution of public libraries to place-making. The project will provide evidence for national and local advocacy to policy makers, partners and funders. Arts Council England are seeking a consultant who will work with five public library authorities, identified in consultation with the Arts Council, to develop case studies which will be part of a final report the consultant will be required to deliver.
