The Authority is seeking to establish framework agreement for on behalf of the members of the HE/FE sector in Scotland, and members of the Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL). The Framework Agreement will be for the provision of multi subject area instructional materials which will be used by students,lecturers and researchers to provide guidance on the selection and application of various research methods.
