Forest of Dean District Council has permissive powers to carry out drainage improvement works to alleviate flooding within the District and is using funding from FODDC revenue budget to replace the trash screen along the Milkwall Cycle Track, Lydney, Gloucestershire. High rainfall events have resulted in significant, repeated flooding along the cycle track.
