Overview

The Authority is exploring the option of procuring a Framework Agreement for the provision of Live in Care Services for Adults aged 18 years who reside within the North Yorkshire Council Boundary with an eligible need determined under the Care Act, where it has been determined by the person together with their social worker that a live in care service can best meet their needs. Services are required across all localities of the North Yorkshire County. The Service is expected to enable the person to remain living independently in their own home for as long as possible, providing the care and reassurance required without the requirement to move into a residential care home.
