West Oxfordshire District Council (the Council) is considering the possibility of installing Electric Vehicle Charging Points (ECVPs) at suitable locations across the district. Likely locations include Council owned car parks and there is also the possibility of installing points on third-party land. The Council has limited knowledge of what solutions may be available from the commercial market and is thus keen to have a better understanding of what sort of products and options are available.
