This is a Request for Information (RFI) to gather market information on competency management systems for Essex Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority (the Authority) and to establish whether suitable suppliers exist. The Authority invites interested parties to submit information (maximum 2 A4 pages) about their competency management solution; including how the solution has been developed and the type of customers already using the system.
