Harrow Council is looking to appoint a contractor to carry out refurbishment works to an existing residential block within the London Borough of Harrow. The primary objective was to create a better-defined and marked improvement on the existing residential blocks with a new aesthetical appearance. The central approach to the scheme is a reinstatement of the existing Electrical services, Door Entry System, Communal Ariel System and landscape design.
