We are looking for an independent element to our service support, to assist ASCH and Maple House in supporting and building resilience within its workforce. This will support staff retention and will promote a continued commitment to a culture of trauma informed care while aiding personal and professional development and understanding. The centre has developed a framework for reflective practice, consultation and therapeutically led support alongside a listening service for staff over the last 3 years.
