Reference Class Forecasting Capability Development Training

The purpose of the training is to improve understanding of risk in the setting of complex projects forecast of cost and time performance. It is envisaged that the training will address the following headline issues; • A recurring theme across public and private sectors is the time and cost over-runs suffered by complex projects. A major contributor cited is the lack of realism when forecasting resources required to fulfil project outcomes.
