The Authority is seeking competitive tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the external repair and redecoration of Bramley House Estate. The scope of work includes re-roofing, window replacement and structural masonry and concrete repairs to keep the structure and integrity of the building. The estate will be undergoing comprehensive refurbishment to deliver on a government promise to be a model social housing estate for the 21st century.
