Overview
The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Provider (the Provider) to deliver a Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS), for both the Council and Bradford Children and Families Trust (BCFT). The Recruitment ATS will need to be cloud based, GDPR & ISO90001 compliant, whilst adhering to public sector web accessibility legislation. It must offer an excellent candidate and manager user experience and interface with our systems. We want this system to support our desire to attract and retain top talent to the organisation, enable us to obtain meaningful data (EDI), and operate as an Inclusive Employer.
