Plymouth Community Homes Ltd. (hereafter PCH or Employer) is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified Contractors for inclusion on a framework for the provision of reactive maintenance works to our PCH homes, to supplement their existing in-house capacity. PCH's detailed requirements are defined in the Specification document and other documents that are attached. It is expected that the framework duration will be for four years.
