Reactive Maintenance Contractor Framework

This provision is for a framework agreement for day to day reactive and associated general minor building and electrical services maintenance works to be provided at the Council’s non-domestic public buildings. The Council has a public buildings property estate, all located within the geographical boundaries of Denbighshire, currently comprising operational buildings, including schools, and further miscellaneous non-operational buildings for which it has a mixed selection of premises management responsibilities.
