To effectively co-chair CCFICS eWG on food fraud to support the preparation of draft guidance on the prevention and control of food fraud. The proposed work will involve agreement of terms and definitions relating to food authenticity and fraud, identification of tools and technology to detect fraud, reduce vulnerabilities and support information exchange and agreement of a draft document to progress through the Codex standards adoption process.
