Overview

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has commissioned a "Pseudo" Open Framework Agreement (known as the RBKC Youth Services Framework) under which it can Call-off (via mini-competition) a range of youth related services for young people aged 11 - 19 (up to 25 for young people with special educational needs or disabilities, SEND) in the borough. It has been established to respond flexibly to young people's priorities and needs, and will deliver a range of programmes and projects that aim to improve young people's outcomes.
