The Contracting Authority, Transport for London (TfL), on behalf of itself and others (as detailed in VI.3) is seeking to award a Framework of Concessionaires who will be responsible for financing, installing, operating and maintaining Fast and Rapid Charging points and related infrastructure for Electric Vehicles on identified sites in Greater London.
