Quotation for Change Management Training 2 - As part of a new initiative to support and manage 'Change' on a widespread scale throughout our organisation, Sandwell Council is forming a Change Academy. As part of the Change Academy project, we have chosen to facilitate training interventions around Change Management, both foundation and practitioner level.
