Overview
NS&I are looking for a provider of Quantitative Research Services. The contract is call-off in nature as the service is used on an 'as and when' basis. Having a call-off contract helps to build up the research agencies' understanding of NS&I as well as the relationship over time. This helps improves efficiency of the working arrangement. The contract covers two of our ongoing quantitative research projects; the Quarterly Customer Relationship Survey and the Bi-annual Financial Adviser Satisfaction Survey.
