University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation has a requirement for a quality management system to support quality management processes for a number of clinical and non-clinical departments. Quality management processes require the creation, collation and audit of a substantial number of documents and evidence. These documents need to be stored in a controlled manner, whilst allowing auditable access and evidence of review and amendments.
