Birmingham City Council are seeking for a supplier the provision of statutory audit services. Individual financial statements are prepared for PETPS (Birmingham) Limited, PETPS (Birmingham) Capital Limited and PETPS (Birmingham) General Partner Limited ("3 Companies"), in accordance with Financial Reporting Standard 102, which are filed with the UK Registrar of Companies. An auditor is required for each of the 3 Companies. The contract will cover the time required to complete the audit of the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021 and 31 March 2022.
